En esta face del CLUB Uds. deberan de REGISTRARSE POR
SEPARADO - para hacerse miembros del NETWORK GENERADOR
DE DESCUENTOS ACUMULADOS o tambien conocido como "NETWORK DE INGRESO DE DESCUENTOS-RESIDUALES
GANADOS Y ACUMULADOS" a travez de actividades con el CLUB. Es decir que mientras
mas amigos UDs. traigan a unirse al CLUB, mas descuentos Uds. recibiran. Estos VALORES
en descuentos pueden ser consumidos por Uds. a travez de sus compras al "BEAUTY PALACE SPA-CLUB", o
pueden recibirlos en forma de DINERO en efectivo cada fin de cada mesen CURSO.
De esta manera podemos decir que los valores de dichos DESCUENTOS
dependen de la cantidad de consumo - puede ser precio del 100% de LISTA, o del 80% del valor de todos los productos y
servicios ya descontados - impreso en la factura - que cada NUEVO MIEMBRO que Uds. han
traido al CLUB compren dentro del mes en curso. Ese VALOR impreso en la factura es la unica cantidad, y solamente la que
Uds. podran acumular y cobrar de estos VALORES en forma de descuentos acumulados.

The real monetary VALUE of these discount points will depend and be equal
to the amount of SERVICES & PRODUCTS consumption every NEW MEMBER does during the current month after the initial
registration to the "BEAUTY PALACE SPA-CLUB". These discounts can be - RECIEVED IN THE FORM OF DISCOUNTS - used
and applied to any consumtion you may do during the current month, or you can recieve them IN THE FORM OF CASH - every
end of current month; as long as you remain an ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE CLUB, for this to happen you have to make your -
one time - current monthly purchase of products or services to the CLUB.
All PRICES will be considered at 100% value as established in the COMPANY'S
PRICE LIST.
To clarify this concept a little bit more, it has to be understood
that these MONETARY VALUES are determined by the price amount of those PRODUCTS AND SERVICES bought - BY
THE ACTIVE CLUB MEMBER - from the CLUB in that particular current month's date. If the CLUB MEMBER is a first
time buyer he will pay 100% on the PRICES established by the "BEAUTY PALACE SPA, INC.; and if the MEMBER
is doing his / her recurrent PURCHASE with his / her ID NUMBERED ACTIVE-MEMBER CARD, he / she will pay 80% on the PRICE
LIST.
The total sum of all those discounts generated by the PURCHASES done during
the current month by THE NEW-MEMBERS brought in by YOU - which will be printed on the CLUB's invoices for every purchase -
will be granted to YOU by the CLUB, and will be accumulated EVERY MONTH towards the benefit of the BENEFACTOR ( YOU)
who brought those NEW MEMBERS to the CLUB.
